OURBELLA is the trading name used for this online store. The store and website are operated by **Wuhan Maoning Technology Co., Ltd.** Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “OURBELLA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wuhan Maoning Technology Co., Ltd.
We operate this website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide customers with an online shopping experience (the “Services”). Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

Title to products and risk of loss transfer as determined by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits an obligation that applicable law places on us for loss, damage, non-delivery, or defective products before or after delivery.

“OURBELLA,” the OURBELLA logos, and associated product or service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or brand assets owned by or licensed to Wuhan Maoning Technology Co., Ltd. Shopify’s name and marks belong to Shopify. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to make the Services available. However, products sold through this store are sold by Wuhan Maoning Technology Co., Ltd., not by Shopify.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for the sale, fulfillment, quality, safety, legality, or use of products purchased from us, or for loss arising from a transaction between you and us. Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that Shopify may independently have under applicable law or Shopify’s own terms.
